update to 2.0.4

- Fixed not starting on Wayland (xwayland).
- Changed configure.

Update WWW.
Remove USES=desktop-file-utils.
Switch from iconv to iconv:wchar_t.
Switch from REINPLACE_CMD to patchfile.
