in LIB_DEPENDS?  I don't get it.

You never explain yourself, which makes things harder.  It would be nice if you
could actually explain your reasoning process when you do uncommon things
instead of just changing them once I ask about them.

Also please test your port with all build-time only dependencies deinstalled to
ensure that they aren't actually needed at runtime.  You can do so with
poudriere testport -i by manually deleting the dependencies in the build jail.
