[Bug 285389] mail/claws-mail-notification appears to need xpm in gdk-pixbuf2

This may only be my particular setup:
1. XMonad as the window manager
2. xmobar to provide the status line
3. stalonetray as the systray

After recent update the tray icon was blank, though mouse hover would show
popup

I found that there were xpm loader errors in claws-mail debug log
also
    gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders | grep 'x[pb]m'
showed nothing

locally building gdk-pixbuf2 with the "other" option set (off by default) fixes
the problem.
