[Bug 285328] www/gitea doesn't respect configured DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=go={version}

To the best of my knowledge, the ports system does not allow to specify a
minimum version for a build dependency. As Gitea often requires a newer version
of Go than the FreeBSD default one, this is the only way to make sure the port
can be built.

If you have a suggestion on how to implement an override (that is generic and
not a crude hack for just this port)let me know.
