Please run an exp-run with WITH_PKG=devel the main change which could cause
issue is the fact I added back the provides/requires support for pkg add, which
we had to backout from pkg 1.20 due to performance penalty, I added some cache
which should improve the situation, so if you have numbers in the end which
allows to compare pkg 2.0.6 with pkg 2.0.99.6 in performance that would be
helpful.
