Patch to upgrade from MythTV 34 to version 35

MythTV version 35
multimedia/mythtv upgrade to 35.0
Notable changes are:
* mythweb is no longer maintained in MythTV. I've set an expiration date of
2025-12-31
* mythtv-setup, is deprecated and replaced with the Web App
(<yourBackend>:6544/setupwizard). It is still available from the command line.

audio/mythplugin-mythmusic is upgraded to 35.0 as part of MythTV.

Database upgrades are automatic.

ffmpeg is customised and remains part of MythTV.

MythTV uses qt-5, and runs successfully under qt-6, tested on latest KDE6. It
builds with qt-6 but isn't ready as it doesn't display see
