I didn't keep the error log.  Let's see if I can produce/reproduce the error.
If I recall right, I saw compile error due to missing a header file.  Then, I
searched which port provides the header file.  Installing abseil fixed these 2
ports' errors and created the patch.

I started from 12.4 ports set and had ran portupgrade.
