update ghidra to 11.3.1

Fixes the update to ghidra 11.3.1. Note: I have switched to compilation with
gcc, since the Decompiler plugin, when compiled with clang, crashes randomly.
From my understanding, this is a problem in upstream, as there are two
different results with two different compilers (some UB...).
