git patch

banged together an update to the most recent release, upstream has moved to
codeberg so MASTER_SITES had to change, port now uses NO_WRKSUBDIR and i had to
do some funky stuff in post-install to get the rc script to install

tested locally on 14.3-RELEASE amd64

this is my first patch in about a decade, please let me know if you have any
feedback, i'd appreciate it!
