Error Message

Installing PrusaSlicer on a brand new 14.2-RELEASE machine gives the following
when opened:

21:28:44: EGL version is 1.4. EGL version 1.5 or greater is required.
21:28:44: EGL version is 1.4. EGL version 1.5 or greater is required.
21:28:44: EGL version is 1.4. EGL version 1.5 or greater is required.
21:28:44: EGL version is 1.4. EGL version 1.5 or greater is required.

And it does not invoke the Configuration Wizard on first run. The wizard can be
run manually from the Configuration menu, but regardless of whether the wizard
is run or not, nothing is shown on the Plater view when an STL is imported.

I do not have this issue on my other two FreeBSD installations, so I suspect it
is either caused by a missing dependency, or the wrong version of a dependency.
