audio/deadbeef-vu-meter-plugin: update to latest commit

This patch updates the port to the latest GH-commit and fixes the build with
GCC >= 14 and deadbeef 1.10.0 from bug #288563

Patch was verified by running 'poudriere testport' on 14.3-RELEASE + latest
ports tree with diff from bug #288563 applied.
