New patch, adds requested corrections

Thanks for your input Daniel, I've made some corrections:

+ Added proper tagging to DC5411/Sense-Net, now referenced as v1.0.0
+ Referenced existing Python ports devel/py-termcolor and security/py-scard
+ Ported nfcpy as devel/py-nfcpy
- Removed the message prompting the user to run pip to install dependencies.

If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
