inre: 1, 3 & 4 i think they're due to upstream migrating away from github to
codeberg, i got failures in extract phase otherwise

in license block i was following 5.8.8 from the porters handbook, upstream
states that web assets and fonts are provided under different licenses in the
README.md and also include the following license files with further detail in
the source code:

i'd be happy to remove them from the license block, it *is* ugly, initially my
goal was to remove extraneous license files from the web directory

you're right about the COPYTREE_SHARE line, i don't know why i couldn't get
that happening for me the first time you suggested it

and yes i would like to maintain this port, if you could provide some guidance
on what to do with the license block then i'll provide a new patch
