mariadb-java-client patch against ports, 2nd try

I've added the official download repo (which uses magic numbers in the URL) but
I have kept Maven's repo1 as a backup since that doesn't use magic. Presumably
the magic doesn't change in the official repo for any particular distversion.

I'm also using no_extract in the Makefile.
