The recent update of port net-mgmt/icingadb to v1.4.0 leaves existing
installations without the possibility to upgrade the database schema (we use
PostgreSQL) towards the required schema for version 1.4.0 due to the missing
upgrade file

schema/pgsql/upgrades/1.4.0


The port's pkg-plist neither lists PostgreSQL's upgrade files 

1.2.0.sql
nor
1.4.9.sql
