Hi,

Thanks for the very helpful feedback. I've tried to incorporate them in this
new version.

The big patch to configure.ac added explicit options to build binaries for
JSON, SQLite, and XLSX conversion. This was, with hindsight, probably overkill
and is removed now. The binaries are now built whenever the libraries are
present, as intended by upstream.

The release tarball doesn't contain a license file, so I've added one to
files/. It also adds devel/gettext-tools as a dependency.
