devel/py-pymaven-patch: switch from devel/py-lxml to devel/py-lxml5

All the ports (except this port) depending on devel/py-lxml have switched to
devel/py-lxml5 at commit:
https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/commit/?id=0b0f7cda9d34dc0169a7b91fa134903f2d822526

This port is only remaining port which depends on devel/py-lxml.

Upstream's requirements.txt says "lxml>=4.0.0" (no upper bound). So it should I
think cause no harm if we switch to py-lxml5. Can you consider if the attached
patch is applicable?

QA:
poudriere testport: OK ({142,135}{amd64,i386})
make test: 52 passed in 0.22s (142amd64)
