Having a quick look,

* Sort USES
* While optional you only need to specify one library as depenency within the
same port
* Drop GTK3, it's being deprecated upstream in favour of GTK4
  Stick with QT6
* Drop SFML unless there's a good reason to keep it
* Drop INSTALL_DEVKIT
* Use USES localbase:ldflags
