Patch that adds the port to security/

This patch ports Sense-Net, a python tool to interact (read/write/dump)
Dangerous Things Bioimplants. 

Already tested and building properly. External dependencies need to be
installed manually after via python's pip. This is notified to the user in a
post-install message with the proper install command.
