This patch adds me as the maintainer of 10 orphaned ports.

Hello there. Been a long time maintainer of 3 security ports and now I want to
adopt some others that are orphaned. 

This patch adds me as a maintainer of 10 ports (9 in security/ and 1 in www/
but also security related).

Most of these are legacy tools but I rather keep them tidy instead of seeing
them breaking up and being forgotten.
