[patch] patch to add guvcview to ports

This is a very fully-featured webcam viewing/recording program that is already
commonly packaged for Linux distributions. It has a more streamlined interface
and/or deeper functionality than some similar software currently available on
Ports; thus, it would be nice to get it in the tree.

N.B. This is my very first port (along with three others to come shortly), so I
apologize for any errors and will try to be as constructive as possible in
helping to fix them.
