Summary: Port chinese/fcitx: The fcitx have been deprecated in
favor of fcitx5, please remove it

OS: Any
Status: New

Priority: ---
Component: Individual Port(s)

The fcitx have been deprecated in favor of fcitx5. The fcitx input method
framework, also known as fcitx4 or fcitx 4.x, is no longer maintained upstream.
As a result, all related input method packages are now deprecated. Existing
fcitx users are encouraged to switch to fcitx5 following the fcitx upstream
migration guide https://fcitx-im.org/wiki/Upgrade_from_Fcitx_4
According to the upstream activity of fcitx, all repositories of the original
fcitx 4.x input method framework were archived in May 2024. This indicates
that, after several years of transition, upstream maintenance and support for
the fcitx4 input method framework have officially ended.
