There are two stale dependencies in math/py-keras ports, that are not used
since about keras 2.5.0 [1]:

math/py-keras-preprocessing (this one is listed twice in py-keras Makefile btw)
math/py-keras-applications

Their github repositories were archived [2] and their code is merged into
keras-core and tensorflow, so I'm going to remove them from FreeBSD ports repo.
Please remove them from keras Makefile.
