Another way to reproduce is with rxvt-unicode, having the XResource:
URxvt.inputMethod=ibus. Then simply pressing AltGr + ~ or `, ´, ¨ or ^ triggers
it. So any dead-key, it seems. Escape does not remove the window. Switching
application does.

Reverting to 1.5.31-1, built from commit 9a8011cba31c8~, restored classic
behaviour where dead-keys do not create any floating window.
