Updated to upstream version 1.63.1

New UID/GID due to merge conflicts.

Removed source build in favor of using upstream binaries. There's no tangible
benefit to building from source, other than disabling the update check
functionality. The port also didn't support building aarch64 yet (which we
could also just request that the upstream do for us), which is the only other
possible benefit.
