Are you on quarterly ports/packages?  

I think it's failing to build on quarterly, but i do not use quarterly so i'm
not really sure how to solve that, it's probably just something that didn't get
merged to the last round of quarterly.  

Can you check the makefile for the port you're building to ensure it's building
