You don't need "virtualbox-ose-71-7.1.10.1403000". Get
"virtualbox-ose-71-7.1.10".

Default python version is 3.11 more than 1 year already:

All these build errors look like you have a broken environment.
Do you have fresh ports tree and src is 14.3? And packages updated too?
What fo you have in "/etc/make.conf"?

I have 8 hosts with "build self" VirtualBox.
Last half year I migrated: 6.1.x => 7.0.x => 7.1.x without issues.
