It's know issue - just build emulators/virtualbox-ose-kmod (or *-70, *-71,
*-legacy) on local host:
https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/tree/emulators/virtualbox-ose-kmod-71/files/pkg-message.in
For 14.x, binary packages are built on 14.2 and they are not compatible with
14.3.
But you can use binary packages for emulators/virtualbox-ose{,-70,-71,-legacy}.

(In reply to Jim D. from comment #2)
This is a build error of devel/llvm14 - create separate PR.
devel/llvm14 is required for build emulators/virtualbox-ose (6.1.x), but is not
required for emulators/virtualbox-ose-legacy (5.2.x),
emulators/virtualbox-ose-70 (7.0.x) and emulators/virtualbox-ose-71 (7.1.x).
