Sorry I just realized what's missing.

Seems like we have to change it to:

PYDISTUTILS_INSTALLARGS+=       -c -O1 --prefix=${PREFIX}
--only-use-pwn-command

/usr/ports/databases/py-berkeleydb/Makefile is doing something similar. I'll
test this again.
