Hi,

The current ports tree provides phpMyAdmin 5.2.2 under `databases/phpmyadmin5`,
which supports multiple FLAVORs including php81, php82, and php83.

However, the php82 FLAVOR appears to be skipped or not available from the
FreeBSD package builders:

- `phpmyadmin5-php81` is available in `latest`
- `phpmyadmin5-php83` is also available
- But `phpmyadmin5-php82` is **missing** from the pkg repositories and doesn't
appear to be built

Could this be due to a lingering build failure or a misconfigured Makefile? I
tested a manual build with `make FLAVOR=php82` on my local system and it
succeeded without issues.
