changelog:
https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/blob/ce36ea176a1fb405962fe5d8986dae25ac991d61/CHANGES.md
poudriere was throwing errors about the RUN_DEPENDS, so i changed that too
while i was there, and added games/libretro-core-info, which retroarch needs in
order to launch anything from the gui
also added a couple of items into X11_USE which where getting picked up by
poudriere stage-qa
previous patches were submitted to upstream by ehaupt@, a new patch is required
in the udev code now due to references to a linux-specific illuminance sensor
that need to be #ifdef'd out, i don't use github but if anyone else wants to
submit my patch upstream please go ahead
