The file /usr/local/share/zelta/zelta-usage.sh must be installed exacutable.

% zelta
/usr/local/bin/zelta: /usr/local/share/zelta/zelta-usage.sh: Permission denied
Exit 126

chmod a+x /usr/local/share/zelta/zelta-usage.sh fixes the problem.
