Updated Patch for both changes in ports and update to version 1.6

I cleaned up the bugs that arose from all the changes in ports.
Also bumped the version to 1.6.
Tested in Poudriere against FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE on amd64 with ports on main:

Did a smoke test and it seems to work.
