victoria-metrics-cluster.patch

Add a port of cluster version VictoriaMetrics, fast, cost-effective, and
scalable
monitoring solution and time series database.

Cluster version has three separated services (instead all-in-one in generic
version): vminsert, vmstorage and vmselect.
