Improved patch to update www/payara to version 7.2025.2

This is the updated version of the patch with fixes for comments from Vladimir
Druzenko:

1-6: fixed.
7. Where is DOWNLOAD_URL used? and 8. What is the purpose of this line?
PKGMESSAGE?=    ${WRKDIR}/pkg-message

Those are my old copy-paste errors, removed them.
9-11: fixed.
12. Why remove files from GLASSFISH_BIN_FILES? -- seems to be another
copy-paste mistake, but after checking the list doesn't seem to be helpful,
since everything in "bin" should be made executable. I've removed it
completely.
