www/angie: update 1.10.3 => 1.11.0

The update turned out to be another trivial one - It builds, installs and runs
fine without errors; all modules also build and install fine against/with the
new Angie version.


We still have the issue with www/angie-module-lua requiring lua-resty-core
version 0.1.32 but the www/lua-resty-core port is outdated since nginx
maintainers are unable to keep their port/sub-ports updated and I suspect it is
more a political than a technical problem. (see bug #290817)
If there is no progress on that end until tomorrow, I already have a port for
'www/angie-lua-resty-core' prepared so we are no longer dependent on nginx*
ports for lua-resty-core updates.
