Yes, I think this makes more sense in the py-hyperkitty package, since the
workers are part of hyperkitty. We will need a rc script, and rc vars to
configure the path to the django project.

I won't be able to work on it until after new year's but I'll look over and
accept patches if somebody wants to provide them.
