The patch for the mentioned changes.

Hey everyone,

for my provisioning scripts I'd like to be able to ingest WireGuard keys from
files using the rc script. I attached a patch with the changes. It basically
adds to more options: "wireguard_<iface>_key" and "wireguard_<iface>_psk". Both
are optional.

If there is any other solution to this, I'd be happy to hear.
