Several conflicts occur within the ports tree. While many Python related ports
now rely on lang/cython3 - or at least are compatible with - several Python
ports still rely on lang/cython, which is in fact cython-2.

Can devel/py-reedsolo please be upgraded to a cython3 compatible version?
