Fix build

Update MASTER_SITES.
Updete LIB_DEPENDS.
Remove GTK2 option and Flavorize.
Update USES and USE_XORG.
Lint with portclippy and portfmt.
Remove DOCS option.
Switch freetype-config to pkg-config to fix build.
Regenerate patchfile.
