www/chawan: update 0.3.2 remove DISTNAME

This an update to the chawan port based on feedback to remove DISTNAME.

There was also a comment on path usage (that I have not tried to address in
this update). I am not clear if that means modifying the PATH variable during
the build process is not frowned on. The reason for that update is because to
use the nim compiler from ports, PATH needs to be updated in order to find the
location for where the nim compiler is installed by default from ports.
