Unfortunately this is fresh new installation and I don't know how 6.14 would
behave.

There is a high probability that the problem is related to squid in a jail but
without debug messages it's hard to be sure.

Also squid -X give "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". Internet say many people
notice that previously but it do not prevent squid functioning in a normal
mode.
