patch to enable copy and paste on Wayland

Patched KeePass/Util/ClipboardUtil.cs and KeePass/Util/ClipboardUtil.Unix.cs to
use wl-copy and wl-paste on Wayland to enable copy and paste.

I should have reported it upstream but I didn't.
I want to examine the possibility of auto-typing with ydotool before reporting
the patch upstream.
