symver fix

There were a few complaints about "ld-elf.so.1:
/usr/local/lib/libavcodec.so.60: version LIBAVCODEC_60 required by <...> not
defined" error on the FreeBSD forums and elsewhere, so here's the patch that
copies the libproxy fix from the commit
175a133a5dba9cb72be381e24d05a63085719c57. (This is the same issue as bug
#285401.)
