Patch to update to version 1.5

Update evilwm to version 1.5

ChangeLog

- Fix compilation with SOLIDDRAG undefined [jake]
- Allow specifying a matrix for vdesk organisation [Stefan Uhl]
- Allow specifying virtual desktop for application in X,Y format.
- EWMH: list viewport and workarea for each virtual desktop.
- Add --ignore-position option; ignores USPosition for matched app.
- Add --ignore-border option; ignores application-specified border width.
