Here are the following changes made to the port
1. Updated the version from 1.4.327 to 1.4.333
Ran the port on both 14.2, 14.3 and 15.0
Portlint says okay

Although v1.4.337 is released already, let's stick to this version since the
version hasn't been released for vulkan-loader and vulkan-tools
