This is a major update:
Final Release, Apache TomEE 10.1 implements Jakarta EE 10 with MicroProfile
6.1.
It runs on Java 17 or higher.

Nore: Given that the FreeBSD Foundation has made an effort to upgrade Java it
seemed a good time to carry out this update. I haven't tested it, so I expect
the maintainer to do that before it gets committed, and I also I retired as a
committer so someone else will have to take care of it.
