Trivial update build without errors.

Cosmetic change - reduce number of MKDIR calls:
        ${MKDIR} ${STAGEDIR}${ETCDIR} \
                 ${STAGEDIR}${DATADIR}

25.12.2 is "Pre-release", 25.12.8 is "Stable" Release.
Why commit a pre-release when the "stable" release is already out?
