It's been many years since it was tested with -CURRENT; while it works on 13,
there is probably work (or at least testing) that should be done before
accepting it now.

I will port the suite of changes required to support rotated displays (of which
this is a part) to -CURRENT in the next few months if there is an interested
committer who will consider integrating it into FreeBSD.
