Sadly, I've tried updating this port, but since the project authors migrated it
to another repo, it made it really challenging for me to update piper as a
whole. They've essentially combined both this and phonemize while giving it a
major refactor with a C++ backend which throws away a lot of the hard effort
put into this just to get it build without using their externally and outdated
bundle libraries. Those authors are packager-hostile.

Sorry, I have no interest in maintaining this port. I would prefer if someone
else to take the torch here.
